The grapes chosen to produce this wine come from several parcels, north of the appellation to find minerality and fruit and in the historic heart of Saint-Joseph to find length and fat. The result of blending this 100% Syrah wine is balanced and racy.
This 2014 vintage has a beautiful intense garnet color. It is the black fruits, vanilla and spices that dominate, on the palate the wine is very balanced, silky, long and greedy. The tannins are melted.
The advice of 12bouteilles: we love serving it a little cool (16-17 ° C), decant at least 1 hour before tasting. You will enjoy it on grilled red meats.
