A visionary estate rooted in precision and purity

Founded in 1995 by Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck, Dominio de Pingus has swiftly risen to icon status in Spanish wine. Located in the prestigious Ribera del Duero region, the estate is known for producing ultra-limited, terroir-driven wines from old-vine Tempranillo. From its first vintage, Pingus captivated global critics with its depth, intensity, and extraordinary aging potential.

The estate focuses entirely on quality over quantity. Vines, some over 70 years old, are cultivated biodynamically, and grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted. Fermentation uses only native yeasts in small open vats, followed by aging in French oak barrels—only partially new—to preserve the wine’s balance and purity.
