Of the 96 hectares of red, 18.5 are classified in the 1st Cru on 6 Climats only: Arvelets, Clos de la Perrière, Clos du Chapitre, Clos Napoleon, Hervelets, Le Meix Bas. The wines of this appellation located between Dijon and Gevrey-Chambertin are quite masculine while remaining very delicate, they are the perfect companions for beautiful pieces of meat. For some, Fixin and Comté would be the perfect deal.
