Château Pichon Longueville Baron is a 2nd growth classified Pauillac. The property has existed since 1830, date of division of the estate into two properties: Baron & Countess of Lalande. The wines of Château Pichon Baron are pure Pauillac where one finds all the qualities of cabernets sauvignon and francs. The wines are long, powerful, of great finesse and a characteristic elegance. The second Vin, the turrets of Longueville, comes mainly from one of the parcel of the property, the parcel Saint Anne dominated by Merlots.
