Nestled on the sun-soaked southern slopes of Saint-Émilion, Château Canon La Gaffelière stands as one of the region’s most iconic estates. The combination of clay-limestone and clay-sandy soils provides optimal conditions for deep-rooted vines and perfect ripening of noble grape varieties.

The vineyard’s varietal composition—55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon—is the key to its aromatic richness and structure.
