Château Guiraud, Sauternes appellation 1st Grand Cru classé is a property of 128 hectares. Since 2006 he belongs to FFP (holding company listed on the stock exchange of the Peugeot family), Olivier Bernard (from Chevalier estate) and Stephan von Neipperg (Neipperg vineyards) and Xavier Planty. For about twenty years the vineyard has been cultivated in a reasoned way, without any chemical product. In 2011, he obtained organic certification. The Sauternes wines produced at Château Guiraud have fruity, floral notes. These are very good wines of guard, which take notes honeyed and candied as they age. his second wine, Petit Guiraud, comes from the production of young vines and a selection made during the blends. Chateau Guiraud also produces a dry white Bordeaux, the G de Guiraud, one of the best organic white Bordeaux Bordeaux since 2014.
