At 12bouteilles all the order are delivered with Chronopost.

In France (Mainland), delivery is free starting at 300€ of purchase.

In Europe, free delivery starts at 750€ of purchase.

We also delivered to USA and Hong Kong with special rates.

Delivery in France (Mainland) :

Your wine are delivery directly to your address.
Your contribution to the shipping costs is calculated according to the number of bottles, delivery is free in France (Metropolitan Area) from 300 € of purchase.

For orders of less than 300€, a transport participation fee of 12€ will applied

All our wine are in our secure specialized cellar in Bordeaux. Following orders wine are shipping within maximum 10 days.

For French West Indies and Corsica shipping cost are calculated directly in your order cart summary.  

Delivery in Europe :

Your wines are delivered to you at the address of your choice. Your contribution to shipping costs is calculated as accurately and automatically according to the country of destination and the number of bottles. They are free from 750 € of purchase up to the limit of 24 bottles per shipment. For any shipment of more than 24 bottles, a contribution to the transport costs may be requested.

For deliveries to UK, Norway and Switzerland:

For delivery to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, the prices of wines and champagnes are displayed exclusive of tax. Shipping costs are calculated automatically. The carrier will be responsible for collecting any UK taxes due for the importation of the product. Free delivery does not apply.

Your contribution to the shipping costs is calculated according to the number of bottles.

For USA delivery, the price includes express transport by Chronopost and Chronopost's administrative costs relating to export formalities to the USA. The wines are sold without taxes, taxes may be applied to delivery depending on the states.

Shipping with Chronopost

All our wine are shipped from Bordeaux. Following you order, wines are shipped within maximum 10 days. 
As soon as shipping is made you'll get a tracking number by email.

Delivery time 

For all the wine in stock in our cellar, order are shipped within 24 to 72h. For the wine stocked at the Château, shipping occurred within 10 days.
Delivery schedule is available on each product pages or in your order confirmation.
For the sake of respect for the quality of wines, we do not ship on Friday, unless requested otherwise by our customers.
