In 1968, Paul Pillot took over the management of the family estate. Located in Chassagne-Montrachet, this magnificent estate was founded at the beginning of the 20th century. He enlarged it to 13 hectares, which he now owns in the very prestigious climates of the Côte de Beaune. Producing beautiful series of Chassagne-Montrachet villages and premier crus.
Since 2007, thanks to the arrival of Chrystelle and Thierry Pillot, the estate has been offering more precise, more distinctive wines with great respect for each terroir. They are guided by an obsession with the accuracy of the grapes and the precision of an always delicate ageing process. Thierry concentrates more on the vinification and the work in the cellar, he has not hesitated to learn in other countries. Chrystelle, she is in the vineyard and in the trade, tasks that are fairly distributed for this young generation of the Côte de Beaune, eager to work, respectful and open-minded and at the same time hard-working, extremely respectful of the vines in order to refine and purify the style of their wines.
