The IGP Collines Rhodaniennes is located at the foot of the Grands Crus of the Rhone Valley. The wines are produced in the South of the Rhone, the Loire, the Isère, the North of the Drôme as well as in the North of the Ardèche. More present in the northern part of the Rhone Valley, some vineyards belonging to the appellation make it possible to compete with the AOCs of the Rhone region.
The vineyard covers 310 hectares. The vast majority of wines are single-varietal cuvées made from gamay, syrah, merlot and pinot for red, marsanne, viognier, chardonnay and jacquère for whites.
