Located in the heart of Meursault, one of Burgundy’s most prestigious appellations, Domaine Rémi Jobard stands out for its commitment to tradition, terroir and natural winemaking. A sixth-generation winemaker, Rémi Jobard took over the family estate in the 1990s and quickly transitioned to organic farming. Since 2008, the vineyards have been certified organic, ensuring healthy vines and expressive fruit while preserving the integrity of the soils.

Covering 9 hectares, the estate focuses primarily on Chardonnay for its celebrated white wines, and Pinot Noir for its discreet yet elegant reds. Rémi’s winemaking philosophy embraces minimal intervention: hand-harvesting, native yeast fermentation, no fining or filtration, and aging in mostly used oak barrels. This careful and respectful approach allows each wine to convey its unique origin, vintage character, and the personality of its terroir with clarity and finesse.

The white wines are crystalline expressions of Meursault, showing fresh citrus, orchard fruit, floral hints and a touch of toasted hazelnut. Cuvées from prestigious climats like “Les Tillets” or “Le Limozin” showcase the diversity of the region.
