Marcel Lapierre
- Beaujolais Wines -
Les Domaines Marcel Lapierre is a family farm of winemakers in the noble sense of the term for 3 generations.
Located in the heart of Beaujolais, more precisely in the Morgon appellation, one of the 11 Beaujolais crus, the vineyards of the estate are grown in organic since 1981.
It is today Mathieu Lapierre who runs the estate in the tradition of natural wines, wines "100% pure raisin" from the vineyard to the cellar without additions of chemical additives.
More than an organic wine, a natural wine is the guarantee that the vines are worked cleanly and that the juices are vinified without synthetic chemistry.
The Domaine's philosophy is the production of "authentic" wines that seek to express black cherries and licorice aromas in Gamay Noir.
Domaines Marcel Lapierre produces 3 wines: Morgon Tradition, Morgon cuvée Camille and Morgon Cuvée Marcel Lapierre.
