The Delamotte House was founded in Reims in 1760 by François Delamotte. In 1988, Champagne Delamotte became a member of the Laurent-Perrier group. The vinification is done under the direction of Michel Fauconnet, head of Caves and Director of the Laurent-Perrier Group’s production since 2004. Composed of 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. It is a balanced champagne, we find on the nose notes of citrus, white flowers. It can be as much an aperitif as a dessert.
