- Rhône Méridional -

The Vacqueyras AOC was created in 1990 and produces mainly red wines (97%), with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre wines representing a minimum of 90% of the Crus blend. The color is a pretty red with a ruby for the young wines, until dark red for the wines of guard. On the nose, it is the red and black fruits that stand out (black cherry, core and blackberry). We find in the wines of guard notes of candied fruit and fig. In the mouth, are the spicy shades that are more marked, with notes of leather, or slightly smoked.
