Vinsobres is one of the Rhone Valley’s AOCs, and the blend is mostly composed of Grenache (70%) and Syrah (30%). Balanced, the wines of Vinsobres have silky tannins and elegant, they have excellent aging potential. Bold and round, long in the mouth, they are recognized among their characteristics of fresh fruit aromas. Young, they have notes of cherry and blackcurrant, evolving towards blackcurrant and cherry jams, spices, pepper and herbs.
