Château Gazin is a family winery that was founded in the 8th century. This vineyard of the appellation Pomerol on an area of 24 hectares, is currently headed by Nicolas and Christophe de Bailliencourt. It is made up of 90% Merlot, characteristics of this wine region, but also Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines will gradually acquire the structure and complexity, in contact with the fine lees and tannins of the oak, allowing them to be wines of guards that improve over time.
