This 2020 vintage presents a beautiful dark and intense color. The nose gives off aromas of black fruits, such as cherry and blackcurrant, prune and then cocoa. On the palate it is balanced, with soft, melting tannins, magnificent length and an explosive finish.
A great Pauillac without a doubt, a wine so close to its illustrious elder, that James Suckling rated it 96-97/100, a rating obtained by the greatest wines.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Although it will wait for years in your cellar, if you taste this bottle, decant it at least 2 hours before tasting, keep it cool to serve it at 18°C, this still young wine will accompany wonderful for all your red meats, game and cheese platters.
