Louis Latour : Chablis 2016
Burgundy - Chablis - Village - White Wine -Located halfway between Dijon and Paris, the vineyard of Chablis is an island of vine recluse in the north of Burgundy.
Cultivated on the limestone hills of Kimmeridgian, the Chablis of the famous Maison Louis LATOUR perfectly illustrates the power of the Chadonnay grape variety, which produces an aromatic, crisp, clean and mineral wine.
Chablis 2016 is adorned with a pretty pale gold dress with green highlights. Its nose, of a beautiful complexity, releases floral aromas. In the mouth, the attack is round, revealing lemony flavors of a pleasant freshness with a mineral finish and crispy, slightly saline.
The advice of 12bouteilles: This great Burgundy wine is to open in the next 2 to 3 years. To taste around 10-12 ° C, it will be delicious with a plate of seafood.
