This 100% Chardonnay comes from a parcel located in the Ardèche, a region where the clay-limestone soils benefit from ideal sunshine. Aged in stainless steel tanks for about 10 months, it is a fresh and easy-to-drink wine.
The robe: pale yellow
The Nose: intense candied lemon, notes of citrus marmalade, acacia and thyme
The palate: fresh attack, nice tension in the mouth, aromas of candied lemon and white flowers. It is a long wine which finishes in roundness with a light salinity
The advice of 12Bouteilles: A wine for an aperitif which will also perfectly accompany fish and seafood. Serve chilled at around 10°C. It is a wonderful bottle at a very attractive price!
