This wine is made from grapes coming from little-known geographical areas of the south of the Côte d'Or, but also from small plots of Dantenay and Auxey-Duresses. The result: a typical Côte de Beaune Pinot Noir.

The palate: rich with notes of blackcurrant, morello cherry and liquorice. Nice finish with silky tannins
The advice of 12bouteilles: With a potential of 2-3 years of ageing, this red Burgundy will perfectly accompany grilled meats as well as matured cheeses. Be sure to serve it between 14°C and 15°C.
