Solaia 2013 is a red wine full of delicacy proposed by the Italian house Antinori. It is produced in Tuscany in IGT Tignanello.

From a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Sangiovese, and 5% Cabernet Franc, this 2013 vintage is adorned with a beautiful intense ruby red color with violet hues.

The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruit, pleasantly fresh and vibrant, accompanied by notes of balsamic, licorice and mint. The second nose reveals aromas of vanilla and smoke with an intense spiciness, adding power to this wine.

The palate, elegant at first, then becomes full of tannins and body. The finish is quite complex with expressive notes of dark fruit and chocolate.
