Burgundy - Chablis - 1er Cru - White Wine -This Chablis Premier Cru 2015 is a dry white wine from the famous Burgundy house, Joseph Drouhin.
This 100% Chardonnay white wine is made from an assemblage of different parcels of Premier Crus from the estate located near the Serein River. The grapes are harvested and vinified separately and then assembled. This gives a harmonious wine for which each Premier Cru brings its own identity.
This Chablis 2015 is adorned with a beautiful yellow dress with bright green highlights. Its nose is a complex aromatic bouquet with lemon, citrus and light asparagus notes.
In the mouth, the attack is fresh, of a beautiful liveliness, at the same time ample and supple. The long, lingering finish releases delicate fruity and mineral flavors.
This 2015 vintage has a superb aromatic richness!
The advice of 12bouteilles: Ready to drink, this Chablis Premier Cru from Maison Drouhin will be delicious with a seafood platter. Serve it around 10-12°C.
