Beaujolais - Brouilly - Red Wine -This Brouilly 2017 vintage from Domaine des Hospices de Belleville is a delicious Beaujolais produced by the Joseph Drouhin .
Made from 100% Gamay black grape with white juice, Ce Brouilly has a deep, purple color, a fleshy and supple body with caressing tannins, perfectly balanced, a very present fruitiness with a delicate peppery note on the finish. The wines offer a beautiful maturity and a remarkable energy. They have a good level of acidity as well as a mineral character.
This "cuvée" born in 2014 is an exclusive partnership between the Maison Joseph Drouhin des Hospices de Belleville historical owners of 14 hectares in the 3 raw Fleurie, Brouilly, and Morgon.
Brouilly is one of the most famous and largest of the Crus of Beaujolais . Brouilly Belleville Hospices from a single climate, "The Sigaud", an area of 4,59ha at the foot of Mont Brouilly.
The advice of 12bouteilles: serve it between 15 and 16°C, seductive today, it will reveal more complexity in 3 to 4 years.
