The Meursault 1er Cru "Les Genevrières" This famous climat takes its name from the junipers that once grew on the peaks of the Côte de Beaune, and consists of rocky soils with a small amount of clay and limestone. Fermentation and aging take place in Austrian marmots, 25% new for 12 months. In the 2018 yearbook, the bouquet takes you into the orchard with its ripe fruitiness carried by a sweetness of hawthorn. The density of the attack, creamy and tasty, gives way to a breathtaking verticality while the minerality crosses the juicy heart, directing the finish towards salty and salivary lengths.
