Languedoc - Côtes Catalanes - Red Wine -Muntada 2016 is a very impressive red wine from the Gauby estate produced in the IGP Côtes Catalanes appellation. Located in the Roussillon region, the Gauby vineyard covers 80 hectares cultivated organically.
Blend 5% Black Grenache of about fifty years, 45% Carignan more than 120 years, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Syrah, the 2016 vintage is a marvel.
Tasting Note: A monumental wine signed by the Gauby estates. 30 months of aging for an incomparable cuvée, there is no other like it in the region.
The dress: Intense ruby
The nose: Cherry, fur and very floral.
On the palate: the attack is supple, on red fruits, spicy.
