Two climates are assembled here "Les Gollardes" and "Les Planchots", to give a wine full of freshness and fruit.
Tasting notes:
The dress: intense garnet color
The nose: dominant of red fruits (cherry, raspberry)
The mouth: beautiful concentration, greedy, a tannic structure affirmed, balanced
The advice 12Bouteilles: perfect with white meat in sauce or a piece of red meat. Do not hesitate to decant it in its youth to let it express all its aromatic potential.
