Boris Champy: Savigny-Les-Beaune Petit Aigle 2019 Rouge

Burgundy - Savigny-Les-Beaune - Red Wine -

Petit Aigle Savigny-Les-Beaune 2019 is part of the négoce activity of the superb Burgundian domain, Boris Champy. This wine is the result of the purchase of grapes -only organically grown or Biodynamic- by winemakers of the great appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Two climates are assembled here "Les Gollardes" and "Les Planchots", to give a wine full of freshness and fruit.

Tasting notes:

The dress: intense garnet colour

The nose: dominant of red fruits (cherry, raspberry)

The mouth: beautiful concentration, greedy, a tannic structure affirmed, balanced

The advice of 12Bouteilles: perfect with white meat in sauce or a piece of red meat. Do not hesitate to decant it in its youth to let it express all its aromatic potential.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Burgundy, Domaine Boris Champy is an emblematic wine estate that embodies the very essence of the art of viticulture. Since its foundation, this family-run estate has earned an enviable reputation for producing wines of exceptional quality. The vineyards extend over hectares of privileged terroir, benefiting from a unique microclimate and mineral-rich soil, allowing the grapes to ripen elegantly and develop subtle aromas.
