Pierre Boisson : Meursault 2018 Blanc
Burgundy - Meursault - White Wine -The Boisson-Vadot Domaine, located in Meursault, is one of those hidden gems that any wine lover loves to explore. In the Boisson-Vadot estate, everything is a family affair. Two generations come together, listen to each other and respect each other so that the estate's wines become the main focus. The property is divided into three units: the parents represented by Domaine Boisson-Vadot (3.5 Ha), the son of the entity Pierre Boisson (3.5 Ha) and finally a daughter with the entity Anne Boisson (1 , 5 Ha). Aligoté plants are old vines located in the village of Messault. In order to control their growth, they were cut from the rope.
Meursault 2018 Blanc from Pierre Boisson reveals a magnificent bright yellow colour. The nose of this white Burgundy wine gives off aromas of white fruit. On the palate we find a similarity to the nose, with a beautiful smoothness that gives us a persistent finish.
The advice of 12bouteilles : It will be the perfect accompaniment to festive or gourmet dishes such as noble fish such as sea bass, sole or beautiful poultry such as Bresse chicken.
