Aligoté is an old grape of Burgundy. It has different denomination according to its cultivated regions. In France it is represented on more than 1600 hectares only in Burgundy. The Aligoté variety has also been very well exported to many foreign countries, be it in Eastern Europe, California or South America in Chile. A total of more than 20,000 hectares around the world.
At the level of taste, the grape variety produces fine, light, acidic and fresh white wines.
