Blend 40% Carignan, 35% Grenache Noir, 15% Lladoner Pelut and 10% Syrah, this 2021 vintage is a very aromatic wine with a dark color. The nose expresses aromas of exceptionally expressive fresh red berries with hints of sweet spices. We are seduced by its dense and silky mouth, a beautiful complexity. The tannins are present but delicate, the texture is deliciously creamy. This very nice red wine has a fruity and round finish, with a great length.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Already very affordable and tasty, the "Vieilles Vignes" red 2021 will slowly improve for at least five years. You can also enjoy it with red meat, white meat or poultry.
