Provence - Côtes de Provence - Rosé wine -In this 2023 vintage, Minuty M Rosé is a cuvée with plenty of freshness, produced by the maison Minuty, one of the most prestigious domains of the Côtes de Provence.
The colour is pale pink, light and brilliant
The nose gives off intense, mouth-watering aromas of white fruit, orange peel and redcurrant
On the palate it is the suppleness and roundness that charm with a lovely acidic freshness.
Everything is done in this Cuvée M to preserve its balance and freshness, a blend of a majority of Grenache for its aromatic elegance, Cinsault for its freshness, Syrah for its complexity and a touch of Tibouren on the maritime border, for the delicacy of its white-fleshed fruit aromas. Every effort is made to preserve the liveliness of the juices.
The M range is produced in the purest Minuty style, the perfect harmony between freshness, respect for the fruit and intensity of flavors.
The 70 ha vineyard is remarkably located on the peninsula of St-Tropez. Concerned about the environment, Minuty wines are made from carefully selected grapes from vines grown organically.
The advice of 12bouteilles: This superb pleasure rosé can be enjoyed very chilled, between 8°C and 10°C, as an aperitif or around a pistou soup, raw vegetables, grilled meats, prawn skewers, apricot tart. The M range is a real moment of happiness to share with friends, the extension of the holidays.
