Provence - IGP Méditerranée - Rosé wine -Studio By Miraval Rosé 2023 vintage is an IGP Mediterranean rosé produced by the Miraval estate. Made from a blend of Cinsault, Tibouren, Grenache and Rolle, it comes from parcels located on the French Riviera, surrounded by olive trees and umbrella pines, Studio by Miraval is strongly influenced by the sea spray and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. This cuvée produced on saline soils gives the wine a unique character and a long, balanced finish.
Tasting notes:
The robe: clear and brilliant pale pink with pastel reflections
The nose: superb aromatic bouquet dominated by citrus fruits such as grapefruit and blood orange and underlined by delicate floral notes of rose and peony
The palate: racy with magnificent citrus aromas perfectly balanced by a nice mineral frame. Notes of grapefruit peel bring a touch of bitterness offering an irresistible iodine and lemon character. The finish prolongs these tasty aromas, all in length and elegance.
The advice of 12Bouteilles: To be served chilled between 8°C and 10°C, it is perfect as an aperitif with shellfish.
