Made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle from the best vineyards of the château, in the very heart of Provence, it has established itself as one of the best rosés of Provence. The robe: bright and limpid pale pink with silver reflections
The nose: a very delicate aromatic bouquet subtly blending fresh fruit, citrus notes and white flowers
The palate: ample, rich and complex texture, greedy aromas of white peach and a beautiful tension, perfectly balanced by the natural acidity and the minerality with saline and calcareous notes specific to the Provencal soil
The advice of 12bouteilles: To serve very fresh between 8 ° C and 10 ° C, it is perfect as an aperitif and with shellfish.
