E.Guigal : Les Vignes de l'Hospice Saint Joseph 2013

Rhone Valley - Saint-Joseph - Red Wine -

Located on the most impressive and exclusive hillside of Saint-Joseph, les Vignes de l'Hospice Saint Joseph comes from the former Domaine Jean-Louis Gripppat and Vallouit. This Saint Joseph represents the finesse of its name while being powerful, like Hermitage on the opposite bank.

This 100% Syrah grape variety is made from vines aged between 20 and 80 years old and is a fine example of finesse and the power of its appellation.

This 2013 vintage has a dark red color. Its nose, powerful and intense, contains complex aromas of black fruits and new wood. On the palate, the attack is powerful with fine and elegant tannins.  Les Vignes de l'Hospice Saint Joseph 2013 by Guigal, a nice wine to enjoy now or keep in the cellar!

The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve it around 17 ° C, it will go well with a good cheese platter.
