Domaine Stéphane Ogier : Le passage 2021, Saint Joseph red

Rhone Valley - Saint-Joseph - Red Wine -

Proposed in this 2021 vintage, "le Passage" is a Rhône red wine produced by Stéphane Ogier in the Saint Joseph appellation.

The Passage Saint Joseph takes its name from plots located in the "passage" to get to Malleval, a town located in the heart of the Saint Joseph appellation.

Like all the wines produced by Stéphane Ogier, the Passage is a wine that has the balance and the character of the great wines of its name.

This 2021 vintage has spicy notes of pepper, black fruits well walled and a long length in the mouth. The dense tannins, well marked without any aggressiveness also make it a wine of guard.

Composed of 100% Syrah it will delight lovers of this magnificent grape variety.

Advice for 12bottles: Serve chilled around 16°C, it will be delicious with grilled meats, try it with a leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary, a real treat!
