Provence - Vin de France - Red Wine -Le Vallon 2021 is a great organic red wine produced by Domaine Milan. This cuvée is a blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Niellucciu. Maceration is short, around 5 days, with whole grapes in a concrete vat. Decanting takes place during full fermentation to obtain elegant tannins.
