Domaine de Rimauresq - Cuvée Classique - Rosé 2023 - Bio

Provence - Côtes de Provence - Cru Classé - Rosé wine -

La Cuvée Classique 2023 rosé is a magnificent organic rosé produced by the Domaine de Rimauresq
The colour is a bright pale pink
The nose gives off aromas of fruit such as white peach and citrus fruits such as grapefruit with lots of freshness.
On the palate we love the lovely balance between smoothness, the freshness of citrus fruits and the finesse of the wine.

Produced organically, it is a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan. The heart of the domain's range, this rosé has a lovely freshness and finesse on the palate, a great vintage from one of Provence's star rosés!

The suggestion of 12bouteilles: An excellent value for money for a Cru Classé from Provence. To be served at around 8-12°C, this Rosé will accompany you as an aperitif and is also perfect with salads and shellfish.

Domaine de Rimauresq, a classic Cotes de Provence cru classé, is located in Pignans, Var, at the foot of Notre-Dame des Anges, in the heart of wine-growing Provence, 35km from the sea. Named after the Real Mauresque, Maure's river that runs through the estate, the 60-hectare vineyard produces fine, elegant, mineral wines.
