Domaine de l'Île : Porquerolles - Rosé 2023

Provence - Côtes de Provence - Rosé wine -

In This 2023 vintage, Domaine de L'Ile Rosé is a blend of 32% Grenache, 31% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, 12% Mourvèdre and 5% Tibouren.
The robe: light pink dress
The nose: very expressive with aromas of citrus (fresh tangerine and apricot
The palate: mineral attack with a nice oily expression and a lasting shine

The grapes are hand-picked and delicately vinified, without malolactic fermentation, to preserve their freshness and precision.
The rosés are light in colour and fresh and delicate, allowing the fruit to express itself with finesse.

Domaine de L'Ile is located in Porquerolles. It has been certified organic since 2015 and bought by Chanel in 2019. Today, the Domaine de l'Ile covers an area of 32,3 hectares. It is planted with traditional Mediterranean grape varieties of high quality (Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault et Tibouren). The production is about 150.000 bottles of Côtes de Provence.

The advice of 12bouteilles : Serve at 10-12°C and to be enjoyed with white meat, grilled meat or as an aperitif to make the most of this magnificent rosé.
