Provence - Côtes de Provence - Rosé wine -Domaine de L'Ile is located in Porquerolles. It has been certified organic since 2015 and bought by Chanel in 2019.
Today, the Domaine de l'Ile covers an area of 22,5 hectares. It is planted with traditional Mediterranean grape varieties of high quality (Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault et Tibouren). They produce around 1,200 hectolitres of Côtes de Provence.
Proposed in Magnum size bottle, 1,5 liter, this Domaine de L'Ile 2020 vintage Rosé has a sparkling orange pink colour, reminiscent of sunset. On the nose, one finds aromas of fresh tangerine and apricot. On the palate, we find a beautiful mineral attack with a nice fat expression and a long-lasting sparkle.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Serve at 10-12°C and to be enjoyed with white meat, grilled meat or as an aperitif to make the most of this magnificent rosé.
