Burgundy - Aligote - White Wine -Aligoté Doré 2021 is a white wine produced by Boris Champy in Burgundy's Aligoté appellation. It is made from small plots of vines located in the Hautes-Côtes hills, at an altitude of over 400 meters. This certified organic and biodynamic cuvée is made from old Aligoté massal selections, known as "doré". The complexity of this wine comes from the maturity of the vines and the great diversity of the soils, marl and clay on the limestone slab. A wine that corresponds well to the spirit of the domaine: a constant search for freshness and elegance.

The nose: complex aromas of citrus fruit, peach and fresh bread.
