Pierre Boisson owns 3.5 hectares of vines, including the famous "Les Charrons" and "Monthélie" plots. He chooses to age his vintages for a very long time in old barrels so as not to leave any mark on the wine.
The 12bouteilles advice : This wine has an ageing potential of 6 to 8 years and should be served at a temperature of 10 to 12°C. It goes perfectly with frogs' legs served with lemon and celery.
