It is composed of Chardonnay (100%) from organically grown vines.
The 1er cru Les Vaillons is made up of several parcels, some of which are located in the Les Vaillons area, others in the Les Lys area.
In this cuvée, young and old vines are blended.
The young vines were planted with a selection of the best Chardonnay clones. The wine produced by the old vines is characterized by its structure and finesse. The final blend produces a balanced, fine and harmonious wine.
Tasting notes:
The dress: Clear and limpid
The nose: Fine aromas of yellow and white fruits, ripe citrus...
Mouth: Fleshy, full, generous, harmonious mouth, taut with chalky, pure minerality
Almost all on Vaillons with a little Lys. Again, an open nose. And what purity, what precision in the aromas, superb again.
The structure, which becomes more intense, is different but the spirit is the same. Another peak of intensity on the finish - this is an excellent wine, so good!
