Burgundy - Chablis - Grand Cru - White Wine -The Chablis Grand Cru Bougros 2022 from domaine Bernard Defaix is one of the greatest dry white wines of the domaine and of the Chablis appellation.
It is composed of Chardonnay (100%) from vines grown in Organic Agriculture.
This Grand Cru is located at the west/southwest end of the 7 Chablis Grand Crus. This Chablis Grand Cru Bougros comes from vines located at the top of the hillside, which gives it excellent sunshine.
Fermentation and ageing are carried out in oak barrels with regular batonnages.
The cool cellar means that the wines do not need to be chilled, as tartar crystals precipitate naturally over the winter.
The wine is then bottled after a very light filtration after around 18 months of ageing.

The dress: Golden, shiny dress.
The nose: Fruity, spicy, floral, fine, precise aromas
The palate: rich, generous, with greedy fruitiness, beautiful elegance and a healthy finish.
Dense, powerful flavors with density on the mid-palate and good length, a cuvée made for laying down. Patience recommended.
