The palate : The palate is distinguished by its harmonious balance between acidity and smoothness, between fruity and mineral notes, and presents an unfathomable, slightly smoky finish, evoking the clash of two flints.
The 12bouteilles advice : To fully appreciate this wine, serve it at a temperature of 12°C accompanied by a blue lobster in creamy sauce and leek fondue. To be enjoyed from the year 2021, its peak is expected between 2023 and 2037, and it is recommended to drink it before the year 2039. With Clos des Perrières, Domaine Albert Grivault has the largest climat in Meursault, which it operates under a monopoly. This plot is demarcated by a 2 meter high wall, thus offering protection against cold winds. The full South/South-East exposure ensures optimal sunshine for the vines.
