Champagne Jacquesson Dizy Corne Bautray 2012 is a great vintage parcel of the House Jacquesson. It is made entirely from the 2012 vintage on the upper slopes facing southwest. On the plot the soil is clay with millstone pebbles on Campanian chalk. It has 9,000 Chardonnay vines planted on 1 ha in 1960; chablis pruning.

Jacquesson Dizy Corne Bautray 2012 is a great champagne with no dosage, (0r/l of sugar) aged for 94 months on lees under cork. Only 3368 bottles and 200 Magnums are produced. 

2012 offered a harvest with low yields but exceptional quality. Given the rarity of the cuvée, allocation is limited to one bottle per order per customer.

About the 2012 vintage:

2012, the winter was cold and long, the spring and early summer were very rainy and there were strong attacks of mildew. But the superb end of the season allowed for a harvest of small yields but remarkable quality. Bottling on June 27, 2013 Disgorgement in March 2021.

The advice from 12bouteilles: Confidential and rare, one of the most beautiful white champagne made by the House of Jacquesson. An immense vintage.
