Perched on the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, Château La Mondotte is a small estate producing some of the region’s most coveted wines. With just 4.5 hectares under vine and an average annual production of 11,000 bottles, it stands out for its exclusivity and exceptional quality. Since 2012, it has held the prestigious status of Premier Grand Cru Classé B, underscoring its international reputation.

The vineyard’s clay-limestone soils, combined with optimal exposure and vines averaging 50 years of age, provide the perfect conditions for crafting structured, age-worthy wines. The blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc offers richness, elegance, and depth — hallmarks of a top-tier Saint-Émilion.

Meticulous care is taken at every stage of winemaking, from manual harvest and strict grape selection to fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 18 to 24 months in predominantly new French oak barrels, resulting in powerful structure and refined aromas.
