Domaine Pascal Jolivet is one of the finest terroirs in the Sancerre appellation. Le Clos du Roy is a plot-based cuvée of 0.80 hectare, production is limited to around 6000 bottles per vintage, the vinification is very precise.
The advice of 12bouteilles: This great wine is best served chilled, at around 10°C. It goes perfectly with shellfish and fish in sauce.
