Champagne - Champagne - Brut -The Champagne Roederer Blanc de Blanc 2016 is a cuvée made from 100% Chardonnay, the cuvée Blanc de Blanc vintage is aged for at least 5 years on lees to be offered at its perfect maturity.
The colour is cgolden yellow with slightly green highlights. The intense bouquet of yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, tangy mango), candied lemon, flowers (mimosa) and pastries. Light agitation brings out notes of sugared almonds (almond powder), white chocolate with a hint of vanilla and baked apples.
The palate reveals the precision, purity and chalky, mineral freshness of the great Avize Chardonnays.
