Champagne - Rosé wine -Champagne Rosé elegant, strong and delicate, Cristal Rosé 2012 is the standard of the House Louis Roederer a sublime champagne made only in great years.
The colour is Salmon pink with golden highlights, luminous and brilliant with ultra-fine bubbles.
From a blend of Pinot noir (56%) and Chardonnay (44%), powerful and delicate, this is a champagne of great exception, of great gastronomy to share for your greatest pleasure! This champagne is delivered in its coffret, of great elegance.
Over the years, Louis Roederer has developed a method for making its rosé champagnes that is unique in Champagne. Known in the House as "infusion", it allows the juiciness and ripeness of the Pinot Noir grapes to be extracted while preserving their freshness. Some of the Chardonnay juices are poured into a maceration of Pinot Noir so that they ferment together and blend perfectly. The dosage is 8 g/l.
The 12bouteilles suggestion : Serve around 8°-10°C, this sublime champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany your dishes. Cristal Rosé 2012 is a champagne for laying down. It can be kept for over twenty years without losing its freshness and character.
The Louis Roederer Champagne House is one of the last family-owned and independent Champagne houses. It belongs today to Frédéric Rouzaud, who represents the 7th generation of the lineage. Patience and creativity are the keywords of this fabulous champagne house... We find with the different wines of the house (Rosé Vintage, Cristal, Nature Starck...) unique and grandiose bottles, symbols of quality, elegance and especially of celebration!
