Beaujolais - Brouilly - Red Wine -Joseph Drouhin Brouilly 2013 is a fruity, powerful and fine Beaujolais. If you are a fan of wines from this region, with a presence of very specific tannins, this Brouilly is for you. Ideal on fresh summer dishes, exotic dishes and even as an aperitif, this wine is very pleasant and very successful. We chose it for its unique side, different from our Bordeaux wines and not completely Burgundian. You will see, it is amazing!
The Drouhin house offers a Beaujolais with a deep and dark robe of intense ruby. Its nose is full of lilacs and violets. In the mouth, this 2013 is nervous, with soft tannins. The final is very fruity.
The 12bouteilles tip: serve the fresh but not as much as a white wine, and open it slightly before tasting (about 30min).
