The Dolcetto d'Alba is a wine of small guard ready to drink, you can however converse in cellar two or three years.
This wine has a beautiful intensely purple color, a nose with scents mixed with violet and black cherry. Its mouth with flavors of red fruits and ripe berries is typical of the wines of the appellation. This wine is balanced, between delicate tannins and a contained acidity, easy to drink, it will accompany you perfectly throughout the year.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve this wine a little fresh, it will be perfect to accompany Italian dishes, antipasti, a pasta dish or a good homemade pizza!
